At TalentPop App, we’re growing our team of social media professionals who are passionate about building engaged online communities and delivering meaningful content experiences.
What You’ll Do
Content Creation
- Develop and curate social media content aligned with brand voice and marketing goals
- Repurpose existing creative assets across platforms — turning long-form content into short-form posts, stories, and reels
- Collaborate with internal teams on content direction, priorities, and brand guidelines
Content Distribution
- Schedule and publish content across organic social platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and others
- Manage posting cadence and content calendars in coordination with the marketing team
- Ensure content is optimized per platform requirements and audience expectations
Community Moderation
- Monitor and respond to comments and DMs across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other platforms
- Handle pre-sale questions, post-purchase inquiries, and general community engagement surfacing through social channels
- Ensure no customer touchpoint on social goes unaddressed
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when needed
- Track engagement, moderation volume, and content performance — surfacing insights regularly
Important Note: This is an organic social media role. It does not include running paid advertising, PPC campaigns, or media buying.
What We’re Looking For
- 1–3 years of experience in social media management or a closely related role
- Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook — both content and community management
- Excellent written communication skills with a strong eye for brand voice and tone
- Highly organized with the ability to manage content calendars and multiple priorities simultaneously
- Experience with social media scheduling tools is a plus
- Familiarity with Canva, Adobe tools, or similar creative platforms is a plus
- Self-starter who can work independently with minimal oversight
