Full Job Description
Key Duties
Plan monthly content calendars for LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
Design and publish posts, short-form videos, and paid adverts that match our brand.
Use AI tools (for example ChatGPT, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly) to speed up content creation and reporting.
Track performance in Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Analytics, and Google Analytics.
Adjust strategy based on data to hit agreed growth targets.
Support the website team with basic SEO updates and email newsletters.
Must-Have Skills and Experience
Two or more years managing social media for a brand or agency.
Strong design flair with Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
Video editing for TikTok, Reels, or YouTube Shorts.
Confident use of at least one generative AI tool for content or visuals.
Basic understanding of SEO and email marketing.
Clear, professional writing in English.
Nice to Have
Experience marketing furniture or interior products.
Knowledge of the South African B2B market.
Familiarity with paid ad platforms (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads).
