Role Summary
Are you passionate about digital conversations and providing exceptional customer experiences online? Join us as a Social Media Advisor and represent top consumer brands across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok, X (formerly Twitter), and You Tube.
In this role, you’ll use the Sprinklr tool to engage with customers, address service queries, handle complaints, and promote brand initiatives. You’ll help create memorable experiences and ensure all interactions are accurate, on-brand, and aligned with our customer service standards.
What you need:
Grade 12 (or NQF Level
4)
1–2 years’ customer-facing experience (call centre or social media support)
Proficiency in social media platforms for business
Strong written and verbal communication skills
