Network & Services Assurance.
Purpose:
The purpose of the role is to ensure that the organization’s network infrastructure and services operate at optimal levels, meeting both internal and external customer expectations. This role requires a mix of technical expertise, leadership skills, and business acumen to manage service delivery, oversee incident management, and implement continuous improvements to ensure the network and services run smoothly and efficiently. The individual in this role will drive high levels of performance, manage risks, and ensure compliance with service agreements.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s in Telecommunications, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Experience:
8+ years of experience in network management, service assurance, or network operations, with at least 3-5 years in a senior management or leadership role
Proven experience in managing large-scale network operations and service delivery
Strong understanding of network protocols, infrastructure, and technologies such as MOCN, VoLTE, IoT, Cloud
Familiarity with service management frameworks like ITIL, particularly in incident, problem, and change management
Technical Skills:
Expertise in network performance monitoring and diagnostic tools (e.g., Helix, Smart Care, Zabbix, or similar tools).
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and hybrid network environments
Understanding of service assurance tools and technologies used to monitor and improve service performance
Proficiency with ITSM platforms and ticketing systems (e.g., HPSM, SMAX)
Knowledge of security protocols and risk management strategies related to network and service operations
ITIL certification or other relevant service management certifications
Experience with vendor and contract management in a network or service provider environment
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex performance data and generate actionable insights
Experience with automation and network orchestration tools to improve service delivery
