Slot Technician Jobs in South Africa at Crew Life at Sea
Key Responsibilities:
– Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on all slot machines onboard the cruise ship
– Troubleshoot and diagnose malfunctions in a timely manner
– Perform preventative maintenance to ensure machines are in optimal condition
– Maintain inventory of spare parts and order replacements as needed
– Keep accurate records of all maintenance and repairs
– Train and assist other crew members in basic slot machine maintenance
– Communicate with management regarding any issues or concerns with the machines
– Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures while working on the machines
– Keep the slot machine area clean and organized at all times
Qualifications:
– Minimum of 2 years experience as a Slot Technician
– Technical degree or certification in electronics or similar field
– Strong knowledge of slot machine operations and maintenance
– Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
– Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
– Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
– Fluent in English, both written and verbal
– Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
