WE ARE HIRING! ALUSANI® IS LOOKING FOR SKILLED TELESALES EXECUTIVES
We are based in Dunkeld West in JHB. You will sell our training courses to both public & private sectors.
Your primary role would be to develop new leads and opportunities and generate sales with business customers of all sizes. We are looking for someone who is money hungry and very sales and target driven, is used to making a high volume of outbound telesales calls and is successful at speaking with decision makers at the highest level within a target business, and someone who has fantastic rapport building and listening skills.
Candidates MUST have:
1) Successful background and a proven track record in telephone selling B2B products or services ideally experience selling similar training or conference sales is preferred so that you can hit the ground running
2) High levels of attention to detail because of the fast pace of our business – we require that you get things done right the first time and you need to be able to pick things up quickly as all of the training will be on the job.
3) Ability to cold-call as 99,9% of all our sales are made over the telephone
4) Ability to engage clients with your personality – no working from a script
5) First rate communication skills both written and spoken and a good command of the English language (other South African languages are a bonus)
6) Proficient in Excel, Word and Outlook
7) Ability to negotiate and close deals
8) Experience with new business development and able to work independently but also as part of a team
We offer a base salary + rewarding commission structure that is uncapped – so the sky is the limit in terms of your earning potential. This is a role that carries genuine earning potential depending on your own personal sales delivery.
