We are currently seeking reliable Skilled Laborers for Temporary/Temp-to-Hire, full-time positions in the Blairsville, PA area. This is a unique opportunity to show off your positive attitude and carpentry skillset in order to transition into a permanent role with our customers.
Role Details
- Status: Temp-to-Hire (Opportunity to transition to permanent role after 6 months)
- Location: Blairsville, PA
- Pay Rate: $20 per hour
- Schedule: Full-time (approx. 40 hours/week) with potential for overtime
Key Responsibilities
- Furniture assembly
- Perform site preparation and cleanup, including removing debris and potential hazards
- Load, unload, and distribute building materials and tools to appropriate work areas
- Operate hand and power tools such as jackhammers, saws, drills, and shovels
- Help assemble or dismantle temporary structures like scaffolding and bracing
Qualifications
- Experience: Prior manual labor experience is preferred but not always required
Requirements
- Reliable Transportation to local job sites
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions and a strong commitment to job site safety
- Must proper PPE (hardhat, safety glasses, work gloves)
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs. and working from heights
