Neatnics is expanding our team and looking for an experienced, versatile home repair professional who can step onto a job site,
assess the work, solve problems, and complete projects with craftsmanship and professionalism. This role is for someone who
takes pride in being the person customers can trust to get the job done right.

Neatnics is a locally owned family business and Cleveland-area home repair company with more than 30 years of experience. We
take on everything from everyday repairs and maintenance to remodeling projects. Our reputation is built on professionalism,
quality work, white-glove treatment, superior customer service, attention to detail, and leaving every customer’s home neat and
clean.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Complete a wide range of residential repair, maintenance, installation, and remodeling tasks with limited supervision.
- Perform work that may include drywall repair, painting, trim and finish work, doors and windows, flooring and tile, decks and
patios, siding and exterior repairs, fixture replacement, basic troubleshooting, and other general home-repair projects within
your demonstrated skill set.
- Review assigned work, identify needed tools and materials, and communicate job needs before and during the project.
- Diagnose common residential repair issues and recommend practical, quality solutions.
- Protect customers’ homes and belongings; maintain an organized, safe, and clean work area from arrival through final cleanup.
- Use hand and power tools safely and correctly and care for company tools, equipment, vehicles, and materials.
- Communicate professionally with customers and the Neatnics team regarding progress, changes, questions, or unexpected
conditions.
- Work efficiently without sacrificing quality, attention to detail, or customer service.
- Support other technicians when projects require multiple team members and help less-experienced employees build strong
trade habits.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Demonstrated hands-on experience in home repair, remodeling, maintenance, construction, carpentry, or related skilled
trades.
- Broad residential repair knowledge with the judgment to know what you can complete independently and when to ask for
support.
- Comfort using common hand and power tools safely.
- Ability to read basic measurements, follow project instructions, plan work, and solve problems in the field.
- Strong attention to detail and a finished-work standard you are proud to put your name on.
- Customer-facing professionalism: respectful, trustworthy, conscientious, and able to communicate clearly.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation as required for assigned job travel.

COMPENSATION & EMPLOYMENT
- Full-time position: 40 hours per week.
- Hourly pay is based on demonstrated skill, experience, reliability, and ability to work independently.
- Overtime is paid at time-and-a-half in accordance with applicable law.
- Weekends and recognized holidays are off under the normal work schedule.
- After six months of employment, employees in good standing become eligible to earn paid time off under company policy.

- This is hands-on, physically demanding work. Team members must be ready for active workdays involving standing, bending,
kneeling, climbing, carrying tools and materials, and working indoors and outdoors.
- Work takes place in customers’ homes and on residential job sites throughout the Greater Cleveland area. Respect for the
customer, property, coworkers, tools, and job site is required at all times.
- Employees must follow safe work practices, use appropriate protective equipment, and communicate when a task or condition
requires additional support.

- Clean-cut, professional appearance and grooming; arrive presentable and ready to represent Neatnics in customers’ homes.
- Dependable attendance, punctuality, strong work ethic, and a ready-to-work attitude.
- Reliable transportation and the ability to report to assigned job locations on time.
- Ability to pass a background check consistent with applicable law.
- Professional, respectful communication and a customer-service mindset.
- Take pride in workmanship, details, cleanup, and leaving the customer’s space as neat and clean as when we arrived — or
cleaner.
Pay: $18.00 – $28.00 per hour
