Vacancy: Site Supervisor
Oilgro (Pty) Ltd is looking for a Site Supervisor (Junior Manager) to join our team at the Caltex Floracliffe site in Roodepoort, Gauteng.
Required:
– South African citizen
– Grade 12/Matric (additional qualifications or training will be advantageous)
– At least 2 years management experience in the fuel (BP, Engen, Astron Energy or Sasol experience) OR retail industry (FreshStop, Pick n Pay, OK Express, Woolworths, Shoprite or restaurant experience will be beneficial)
– Strong operational experience
– Comfortable managing site’s labour relations (hearings, warnings, consultations)
– Self-starter, detail-oriented, and ambitious
– High work integrity
