Duties and Responsibilities (including not limited to):
Oversee and direct the work of refinery personnel, ensuring they follow procedures and protocols.
Track performance, identify areas for improvement, and provide feedback to personnel.
Address and resolve operational issues promptly and effectively.Â
Investigate incidents and accidents, and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence
Requirements :
Minimum 3yrs experience within Human Resources
Strong Administration experience
Strong Knowledge of HR and IR processes and procedures
Qualification(preferred):
Bachelors Degree in HR Administration
Postgraduate Diploma in Industrial Relations /Advanced Diploma
