Full Job Description
FUNCTIONAL OUTPUTS
Operational and Technical Results:
Responsible for the daily safety of personnel
Production planning and ordering of raw materials
Management of equipment
Handling of HR issues
Investigate incidents
Be responsible for daily problem solving,
Magazine control
Training of personnel
General good housekeeping
Management of Contractor’s/Safety pack.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications:
Grade 12 (Must)
Basic computer skills (Must)
Code 08 Driver’s license (Must)
Code 10 license (Advantage)
Open Cast Blasting certificate (Advantage)
Qualified Trade (Advantage)
Experience
:
5 years Supervisory experience,
5 years open cast mining/explosives industry experience,
5 Years computer skills,
Experience in managing of people.
