About the Role:
As a Site Supervisor, you’ll take ownership of day-to-day activities on-site, coordinating teams, managing schedules, and ensuring work is carried out safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. Your leadership will play a key role in keeping projects on track and teams motivated.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily site operations and ensure timely completion of project milestones.
Coordinate team members, subcontractors, and site resources.
Track progress and report updates to project managers and stakeholders.
Enforce all safety protocols and ensure full compliance with regulations.
Address on-site issues quickly and maintain consistent quality control.
Promote a strong team culture focused on collaboration and accountability.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience in construction management, fibre installation, telecoms, or a similar field.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
Commitment to maintaining high safety and quality standards.
