What You’ll Do:
Proven site management experience
Strong client communication and relationship-building skills
Willingness to travel between George and PE as part of the role
Coordinate with project managers and internal and external stakeholders.
Manage project materials, deliveries, tools and inventory on site.
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality of work.
Attend site meetings and provide progress reports to stakeholders.
Resolve technical issues on-site in collaboration with stakeholders
Supervise and manage all electrical site operations and personnel.
Responsible for identifying potential risks and assess their impact on the project.
Developing project plans, including setting of timelines, resource allocation and budgeting
Education:
ND in Electrical Engineering (Required)
Experience:
Site Manager: 5 years (Required)
Working knowledge of JBCC, FIDIC, NEC, GCC contracts etc.
Knowledge of BCEA, LRA, Code of Good Practice, EEA and OHSA.
License/Certification:
Trade Test Certificate (3 phase)
Wireman’s License
