Position: Site Agent / Civils Foreman
Hire Resolve’s client, a reputable construction company, is seeking a Site Agent / Civils Foreman to join their team in Pretoria. This role involves overseeing the execution of civil projects and ensuring that all work is carried out to the highest standards.
Responsibilities
Supervise construction operations and provide on-site coordination for various projects.
Manage workforce, ensuring all workers are aware of their duties and safety protocols.
Coordinate with project managers, clients, and subcontractors to achieve project objectives.
Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise on-site.
Enforce safety regulations and ensure compliance with industry standards.
Prepare weekly and monthly reports for management regarding project status and budget.
Requirements
Minimum 10 years’ experience in Roadworks, Bulk Earthworks, Civil Services.
Relevant qualification in civil engineering or construction management.
Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
In-depth knowledge of civil construction processes and regulations.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Salary: Market Related
