Position: Siebel Open UI Developer
Are you a Siebel wizard with deep experience in EAI integrations, configuration, and Open UI? We’re looking for a Siebel Open UI Developer with 5+ years of solid hands-on experience to join our growing team of digital innovators.
This is your chance to work on cutting-edge CRM transformation projects, collaborating with architects, business analysts, and global stakeholders to deliver robust, scalable, and user-friendly Siebel CRM solutions across multiple industries including finance, telecom, and public sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and execute Siebel EAI integrations using Web Services (SOAP/REST), VBCs, EBCs, MQ, and File-based interfaces.
Design and customize Siebel CRM modules using Siebel Tools – including Configuration, Workflows, Business Services, and Scripting (Browser & Server side).
Develop advanced Siebel Open UI components using JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS

Create reusable integration frameworks and automation scripts for better deployment and testing.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Siebel application performance, functionality, and integration.
Document configurations, technical specifications, test cases, and user guides.
Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices in coding and design.
Requirements
5+ years of proven experience in Siebel EAI Integration and Siebel CRM Development.
Strong knowledge of Siebel Configuration, Workflows, Business Services, and Scripting (eScript, Browser Script).
Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience with Siebel Open UI using JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
Experience with Siebel REST/SOAP web services, EBC, VBC, and MQ integration patterns.
Familiarity with Siebel Data Model, Integration Objects, Business Components, and Siebel Tools.
Proficient in SQL and experience working with Oracle databases.
Exposure to Agile development methodologies and tools like JIRA, Bitbucket, Git.
