We are seeking a Siebel Solution Designer to join our dynamicdigital transformation team. As a key player in our enterprise architecture and CRM modernization initiatives, you’ll take the lead in designing scalable, secure, and high-performance Siebel-based solutions that align with business goals and technology strategies. Key Responsibilities:
Lead the end-to-end design of Siebel CRM solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements and enterprise architecture standards.
Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and enterprise architects to define robust functional and technical solution designs.
Design integration patterns with Siebel EAI, web services (SOAP/REST), Oracle SOA, and external systems.
Provide expert input on Siebel configuration, scripting, workflows, and data models.
Define data migration, transformation, and system interface strategies.
Support Siebel Open UI implementations and customization for responsive, user-friendly CRM interfaces.
Conduct technical reviews, design walkthroughs, and validation sessions with stakeholders.
Contribute to the roadmap planning and solution governance of Siebel-related projects.
Identify opportunities for optimization, innovation, and system performance improvements.
Requirements
5+ years of hands-on experience in Siebel CRM architecture, solution design, and implementation.
Strong knowledge of Siebel tools, workflows, scripting, configuration, and integration capabilities.
Expertise in Siebel Open UI, EAI, and Web Services (SOAP/REST).
Deep understanding of data modeling, relational databases (Oracle, SQL Server), and data migration best practices.
Experience integrating Siebel with SOA-based middleware, ERP systems, or cloud applications.
Proven ability to create solution designs, technical documentation, and architecture diagrams.
Exposure to Agile/Dev Ops environments and tools (e.g., Git, Jenkins, JIRA).
