Are you an organized and detail-oriented professional with a passion for showroom operations and administrative excellence? We are looking for a Showroom Operations & Admin Support specialist to join our dynamic Sales team in Kramerville/Sandton !
About the Role:
In this key role, you will be responsible for overseeing showroom operations, ensuring compliance with company policies, and providing high-level administrative support to the National Sales Director. Your ability to multitask, problem-solve, and maintain efficient processes will be essential in creating a seamless showroom experience.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Oversee showroom operations, ensuring policies and procedures are adhered to
✅ Provide administrative and secretarial support to the National Sales Director
✅ Coordinate stock management, including bi-annual stock takes and barcode allocation
✅ Assist with showroom maintenance and liaise with the Facilities Manager
✅ Ensure compliance with company and legislative standards
✅ Organize meetings, travel arrangements, and reporting tasks
✅ Support general office administration and record-keeping
What We’re Looking For:
Education: National Senior Certificate; a relevant Certificate or Diploma is an advantage
Experience: Minimum 5 years in a similar role within a showroom, retail, or sales environment
Skills: Strong proficiency in MS Office, database/records management, event coordination, and reporting
Attributes: Highly organized, detail-oriented, adaptable, proactive, and able to work under pressure
Other Requirements: Driver’s license and own transport essential
Must have experience in the Homeware, Furnishing, Fabric Industry.
This role is based in Kramerville/Sandton and requires working every second Saturday.
