We have an
exciting
position available for a mature and committed full-time Showroom Consultant who will be based at our upmarket showroom at our head office in Bellville. The ideal candidate will be creative, with a good sense of style and a natural flair for décor and design.
Main Duties
Build productive relationships with customers by advising and selling to customers in the showroom and working hard to achieve sales targets.
Maintain showroom operations by maintaining the set showroom standards, coordinating deliveries, and managing stock of cuttings, sample hangers, and books.
Support field sales by assisting the internal sales consultants.
Requirements
National Senior Certificate
Certificate or Diploma in Interior Decorating or related field
At least 3 years of sales experience in an Interior Decorating or related environment
Experience in coordinating the operational aspects of a shop or outlet is an advantage
Own reliable transport
Skills And Knowledge Required
Good telephone etiquette
Excellent communication skills (written and spoken)

Strong customer relationship-building skills
Excellent customer service and after-sales service
Proficient in selling products and concepts
