About the Role
Join a growing UK-based serviced accommodation and short-term rental group. We are looking for a highly motivated, sales-driven individual to help us scale. This is not a passive administrative role; you will be the engine behind our growth—turning enquiries into confirmed bookings, sourcing new properties, and managing our sales pipeline with precision. If you have a background in the short-term rental (STR) space and thrive in high-energy sales environments, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales & Conversion: Manage the full booking lifecycle. Engage directly with business bookers via phone and message, handling objections with professionalism to secure confirmed bookings.
- Pipeline & CRM Management: Own our CRM system. Lead nurturing, consistent follow-ups, and pipeline organization are vital to ensure no opportunity is missed.
- Property Sourcing & Negotiation: Proactively identify and secure suitable properties to meet corporate demand. You will negotiate directly with property hosts, bypassing platform friction to secure competitive rates.
- Operations & Admin: Manage essential booking operations, including guest check-in instructions, invoicing, and payment tracking.
Who You Are
- Industry Experience: You have proven experience in short-term rentals, serviced accommodation, or Airbnb management. You understand the nuances of the industry.
- Sales Mindset: You are a problem-solver who enjoys leading conversations and closing deals. You remain resilient and professional, even when managing complex or high-pressure situations.
- Exceptional Communication: You possess near-native spoken and written English. You will represent our brand to UK-based corporate clients daily; confidence and clarity are non-negotiable.
- Tech-Savvy: You are proficient in Google Workspace/Excel and can learn new Property Management Systems (PMS) or CRM tools quickly.
- Reliable Infrastructure: As a remote professional, you maintain a dedicated, quiet workspace and ensure consistent uptime with a high-speed internet connection and a reliable backup power solution.
- Schedule Availability: You are fully available to work during UK business hours.
