Full Job Description
· Prepare production schedules and sampling based on available capacity and customer requirements
· Communicate with production teams to track job progress and highlight any scheduling concerns that will affect on time delivery.
· Help maintain accurate scheduling records, reports, and production data
· Learn and use ERP/MRP systems to input data and generate basic reports
· Participate in daily planning meetings and help identify any potential delays or bottlenecks
· Follow up on production issues and work with Master planner and operations to propose adjustments as needed
· Contribute to continuous improvement discussions related to scheduling and process efficiency
