We are seeking a dependable Shipping Associate to help prepare and coordinate outgoing shipments in a manufacturing environment in McGregor, MN. This position is a great fit for someone who enjoys physical work, teamwork, and keeping operations running smoothly.
Responsibilities
- Load trucks for outbound shipments
- Pick and prepare orders for shipment
- Verify outgoing shipments for accuracy
- Palletize and wrap outgoing product
- Operate forklifts, hand trucks, and other material handling equipment
- Report inventory discrepancies and damaged packaging
- Maintain organized work areas and yard space
- Assist with inventory and shipping documentation
- Follow company safety procedures and standards
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Previous shipping or warehouse experience is a plus
- Forklift or telehandler experience preferred (training available)
- Valid driver’s license required
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs
- Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and reliability
Schedule & Pay
- Monday–Friday
- Full-Time
- $19–$20/hr depending on experience
