Role Summary

You’ll handle customer queries across platforms (including social media), support daily operations, and step in for the Team Leader when needed. If you’re proactive, people-focused, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you.
What you need:
Grade 12 (NQF Level
4)
2+ years’ customer service experience
Leadership or supervisory experience (advantageous)
Strong communication & problem-solving skills
Social media and logistics experience is a plus
