Main Purpose
- Responsible for supervision on a shift to ensure blood products, including emergency blood, are issued within agreed turnaround times.
- Investigation of non-conformances
- Resolution of hospital complaints/customer complaints received on shift
- Preparation for internal and external audits
- QMS compliance
- Routine Medical technologist duties in the Blood Bank.
