We are hiring energetic, outgoing Shift Leads & Brand Ambassadors to help launch our brand-new Marco’s Pizza location and introduce our nationally recognized pizza brand to the local market.
This is a unique opportunity to be one of the faces of a brand-new restaurant, helping build our customer base, connect with the community, and deliver an outstanding guest experience.
What You’ll Do
- Lead by example and help manage restaurant operations during your shift.
- Provide friendly, exceptional customer service.
- Help train, support, and motivate team members.
- Represent Marco’s Pizza at local events and community activities.
- Promote store specials, new products, and grand-opening initiatives.
- Distribute promotional materials and help generate local awareness.
- Build relationships with customers, local businesses, and community organizations.
- Assist with social media content and local marketing activities.
- Help create excitement and turn first-time guests into loyal customers.
- Maintain Marco’s standards for food quality, cleanliness, safety, and service.
What We’re Looking For
- Outgoing, friendly, and energetic personality.
- Strong communication and customer-service skills.
- Comfortable talking with new people and representing a brand.
- Reliable, professional, and team-oriented.
- Leadership or restaurant experience preferred.
- Marketing, sales, hospitality, retail, or event experience is a plus.
- Social media experience is a plus.
- Bilingual/multilingual skills are a plus.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and occasional community events.

Pay: $12.50 – $14.00 per hour
Expected hours: 24.0 – 40.0 per week
