The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and maintaining all Health & Safety andFood Safetyobligations, regulations, and procedures in compliance with legal standards. Additionally, they will overseestaff trainingin these areas and manage human resource functions for scheduled employees, including monitoring time and attendance and processing monthly salaries.
Minimum Requirements
Grade 12
Minimum of 3 years’ working experience in FMCG
Food SafetyManagement Systems Qualification
PRP’s & GMP’s Qualification
HACCP Qualification
Introduction to Health & Safety courses
Introduction toFood Safetycourses
Computer literate, especially Excel
Reliable and responsible with a strong sense of integrity.

Duties
and Responsibilities
Updating, implementing, and complying with allFood Safety, and Health & Safety requirements, policies and procedures
Training of employees inFood Safety, and Health & Safety
Implementing and maintaining FSSC
2200, HACCP, and other relevantFood SafetyStandards & Systems
Implementing and maintaining PRP, OPRP, and GMP programs
Monthly reports
Calibration of thermometers, scales and mass pieces
Manage & supervise Pest Control Services
Testing for Listeria and SANS
241
HR functions for scheduled employees, including time and attendance and monthly salary capturing
