Minimum Requirements:

B.Sc. Degree in Mining Engineering
• Mine Manager’s Certificate of Competency
• Project Management Qualification
• Shaft sinking experience
• Experience in the management of construction consultants, contractors, and contracts
• 8 years’ experience in a senior role in the mining or other heavy industry
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the execution of major development project
• Block cave mining experience
