Position outputs

• Achievement of budget and maintaining productivity levels

• Warranty management to targets set

• Achievement of daily Service Operations “KPI’s”

• Effective relationships with internal and external customers

• Key account service issues management

• Achievement of a team environment that enables maximum productivity and profitability (includes management of HR value chain)

Team development, cohesion and motivation,

• Implementation of team performance ownership program and IDP’s

• Effective self-management and performance ownership

• Productive vehicle management

• Safety management of the section

Qualification, Experience and Competencies

• Qualified earthmoving mechanic, Diesel Mechanic or Mechanical Engineering qualification

• Must have at least 5 years supervisory experience

• Must have extensive knowledge of service financial figures

• Warranty understanding and application thereof critical

• Understanding of product problem management and impact thereof

• People management skills, Ability to manage extremely stressed environment

• Meeting deadlines and target dates essential
