We are looking for a talented and experienced Service Designer to join our dynamic team. As a Service Designer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the end-to-end experience for our customers, ensuring that the solutions we design meet both customer needs and business objectives. Key Responsibilities:
Conduct user research to gain deep insights into customer needs, behaviours, and pain points.
Design end-to-end experience journeys that align with both customer needs and business goals.
Write user stories and acceptance criteria to inform the product development process.
Plan and conduct user testing to validate and refine design decisions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and stakeholders, to ensure that design solutions meet business and technical requirements.
Develop and maintain design documentation and design systems for consistency and scalability.
Enable and coach teams on the practice of service design, fostering a user-centered mindset across the organization.
Skills &
Qualifications:
Strong understanding of human-centered design principles and design thinking methodologies.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and competing priorities.
Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
Experience with user research methods, analysis, and applying findings to inform design decisions.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Experience in creating and iterating on service designs based on feedback and evolving needs.
Experience Level:
Band 8 (9-12 years of experience in the role of Service Designer)
