Remote Recruitment is looking for a proactive and skilled Service Delivery Manager to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of our service offerings to clients, ensuring that we meet and exceed client expectations. You will act as the main point of contact for clients and be accountable for service performance, quality, and continuous improvement initiatives.
The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a solution-oriented mindset, and an ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, remote environment.
Responsibilities:
Manage service delivery teams, ensuring the effective and efficient delivery of services to clients.
Maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their primary point of contact for all service-related matters.
Ensure that service delivery processes are followed, monitoring performance against established KPIs and SLAs.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance efficiency and service quality.
Conduct regular reviews with clients to gather feedback and assess satisfaction levels.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure alignment and transparency across service delivery operations.
Prepare and present reports on service delivery performance to senior management and stakeholders.
Qualifications and Experience:
Proven experience as a Service Delivery Manager or in a similar role, preferably within a technology or service-oriented environment.
Strong understanding of service delivery frameworks, processes, and best practices.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Ability to foster strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
Proficient in analyzing service performance metrics and identifying areas for improvement.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience with project management methodologies and tools.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field is preferred.
Strong problem-solving skills, with a focus on results-oriented solutions.
Ability to thrive in a remote work environment, managing priorities and timelines effectively.
