About the Role:

The Service Centre Consultant will serve as the primary point of contact for customer queries, ensuring a professional, responsive, and seamless client experience. This role is key in driving

customer retention

, improving service delivery, and fostering

continuous improvement

in customer support operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound calls and respond to written queries promptly and effectively

Analyse customer feedback and identify root causes of service breakdowns

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve the overall client journey

Promote digital self-service tools and encourage adoption

Accurately document all customer interactions and maintain service records

Meet daily performance targets and uphold service excellence

Stay updated on products, systems, and compliance requirements

Deliver insights and trends to improve customer engagement strategies

Qualifications requirements:

Matric (required)

NQF Level 5 or equivalent (preferred)

RE5 certification is an advantage

Experience:

2–3 years in sales and client service roles

1–2 years in life insurance, especially with a focus on retention

Experience in managing and improving customer experience
