Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Service Technician to join our team. As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for providing maintenance, repair, and installation services for a variety of equipment and systems. This is a hands-on role that requires technical expertise and excellent problem-solving skills.
Duties:
– Perform routine maintenance and inspections on equipment and systems
– Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with equipment, systems, and appliances
– Repair or replace faulty components or parts
– Install new equipment or systems according to specifications
– Test equipment and systems to ensure proper functioning
– Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns and answering questions
– Maintain accurate records of work performed and parts used
– Follow safety protocols and adhere to company policies
Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent required
– Proven experience as a Service Technician or similar role
– Strong knowledge of boil, appliance repair, plumb, air conditioning, HVAC, design, van driver, maintain, build, weld
– Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
– Good communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical individuals
– Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
