Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and detailed-oriented Service and Logistics Coordinator to join our team. This role is crucial in ensuring the seamless coordination of services and logistics operations.
Requirements:
3 years proven work experience in service coordination and logistics management.
Matric / Grade 12
Responsibilities:
Coordinate and schedule service appointments, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of services to clients.
Manage logistics, including inventory control, shipment tracking, and deliver coordination.
Act as liaison between client and service teams to address inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
Maintain accurate records of service activities and logistics transactions.
Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to optimize logistics processes and ensure cost-effectiveness.
Monitor and analyse logistics performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement.
Daily planning, monitoring and coordination of deliveries.
Maintaining and managing of customers files services & complaints.
Quality control and record keeping.
