Description

Our client, a prominent brand in the truck industry, is seeking to employ a Service Advisor based in Port Elizabeth.

No prior service advisory experience is required but would be an advantage; must have a genuine interest in the trucking or automotive industry.

Working Hours :

Monday to Thursday : 07h30 to 17h00

Friday : 07h30 to 16h30

Every alternate Saturday

Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner, in person or telephonically.

Note customer concerns and accurately log service requests.

Liaise with technicians and workshop staff to schedule work efficiently.

Keep customers informed of progress, costs, and timelines throughout the repair or service.

Prepare and explain invoices and repair estimates clearly.

Ensure high standards of customer satisfaction and service delivery at all times.

Maintain service records and ensure all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.

What We’re Looking For:

No experience required, but previous customer service or admin experience is a plus.

Hardworking and able to take responsibility for their duties.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Must be bilingual

Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Office)

Positive, can-do attitude with a genuine interest in the trucking or automotive industry.

Ability to multitask and to efficiently work under pressure.

Willingness to learn and grow within the role – full training will be provided.

Learn and apply knowledge of truck systems, repair procedures, and company processes.
