Beacon & Buoy is a chef-driven coastal café and bistro opening in Chatham. We’re building a small, high-quality, cross-trained team focused on great food, strong hospitality, and a polished but approachable experience.
OPEN POSITIONS (HYBRID ROLES)
Service Team (Server Bartender Host Runner)
Pay: $6.75–$8.50/hr + tips (avg. $28–$45+/hr)
- Provide warm, professional guest service
- Take orders, run food, support bar + floor
- Work across counter service (day) and full service (night)
- Maintain clean, organized sections
Ideal for team players who can move with the flow of service
Counter / Barista Team
Pay: $19–$24/hr
- Prepare coffee, espresso drinks, and non-alcoholic beverages
- Take orders and guide guests through the menu
- Support grab & go and light food running
- Keep the counter clean, stocked, and efficient
Fast-paced, guest-facing role—energy and organization matter
Line / Prep Cook (Hybrid Kitchen Role)
Pay: $22–$30/hr
- Execute breakfast, lunch, and dinner service
- Prep and maintain station readiness
- Work clean, organized, and consistent under pressure
- Support across stations as needed
Looking for cooks who can think, move, and stay composed
Kitchen Utility (Dish Prep Support)
Pay: $18–$23/hr
- Dishwashing, cleaning, and kitchen organization
- Assist with prep and basic food tasks
- Maintain sanitation and flow of the kitchen
Critical role—reliable, fast, and detail-oriented
JOB TYPES & HOURS
- Full-Time: 30–40 hours/week
- Part-Time: 15–30 hours/week
- Seasonal: Flexible (summer through fall)
Schedules vary based on business needs.
