Position: SENIOR TECHNICIAN â REFRIGERATION )
Minimum Requirements
Grade 12 (Matric). N6 Technical qualification. Trade-tested refrigeration qualification (non-negotiable). 2-3 years of experience in equipment repairs, assembly, and quoting parts. Skills & Competencies Expertise in technical troubleshooting and refrigeration equipment repairs . Strong
problem-solving skills
and ability to work independently. Excellent customer service and
communication skills
. Ability to lead and mentor junior technicians. Proficiency in SAP, Excel, Word, and email .
Knowledge Understanding of customer service processes .
Experience with
repair, testing, and quoting of equipment . Ability to maintain
tools and equipment
Knowledge of catering equipment (advantageous). Familiarity with OHS regulations .
