Job Description
We are looking for an experienced SAP MM Consultant with 10+ years of expertise in SAP Materials Management (MM) and S/4
HANA, with a strong background in system migration and integration. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading and executing SAP MM solutions, ensuring seamless integration with other SAP modules, and supporting business processes related to procurement, inventory, and supply chain management.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, implement, and optimize SAP MM solutions within S/4
HANA environments. Lead migration projects, ensuring a smooth transition from legacy systems to S/4
HANA. Conduct
system integration
with other SAP modules such as SAP SD, FI, and PP, as well as third-party applications. Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into functional specifications. Configure and customize SAP MM to meet business needs while ensuring system stability and efficiency. Support data migration activities, including extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL). Troubleshoot and resolve SAP MM-related issues, providing expert support to end-users.
Develop and execute test plans to ensure system reliability post-migration and integration. Provide training and documentation for users to ensure adoption and effective system utilization. Requirements 10+ years of experience working as an SAP MM Consultant. Expertise in SAP S/4
HANA and MM configurations, procurement, and
inventory management
. Strong experience in SAP system migration projects, particularly to S/4
HANA. Proven ability to integrate SAP MM with other SAP modules (SD, FI, PP) and third-party systems.
Hands-on experience
with data migration tools and methodologies. Strong knowledge of procurement processes, vendor management, and
inventory optimization
. Proficiency in SAP Activate methodology and Agile project environments. Excellent
problem-solving

communication
, and stakeholder management skills. SAP MM certification. Requirements
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience:
Minimum 10+ years of SAP MM consulting experience, preferably in a mining or heavy industry environment. SAP Expertise:
Strong
hands-on experience
in SAP MM configuration, procurement processes,
inventory management
, and invoice verification. Integration
Skills:
Knowledge of integration with SAP SD, SAP PM, SAP FI/CO, and third-party procurement systems. Technical Knowledge:
Understanding of SAP Fiori, S/4
HANA, and ABAP
debugging
is a plus. Project
Experience:
Proven experience in SAP MM full-cycle implementations, upgrades, and support projects. Regulatory Knowledge:
Familiarity with mining procurement and supply chain regulations. Analytical
