To serve as the functional owner and subject matter expert for SAP Customer Activity Repository (CAR) solutions within the organisation. The role is responsible for analysing business requirements, designing and configuring solutions, supporting production systems, leading problem resolution, and driving continuous improvement across SAP CAR, SAP Retail and integrated retail systems.
The Senior SAP CAR Functional Analyst partners with business stakeholders, business analysts, architects and development teams to deliver stable, scalable, supportable and auditable retail solutions that meet operational, financial and strategic business requirements.
The role is responsible for the analysis, design, support and optimisation of retail transaction processing across Point-of-Sale systems, SAP CAR and SAP Retail/S/4HANA, ensuring accurate, complete and auditable movement of sales, financial and inventory information throughout the retail technology landscape.
