Our client invites applications from Senior External Technical Sales Representatives to provide outstanding service to all retail clients by exceeding sales targets, with the ultimate goal of achieving company profitability and objectives.
Positions Available
They are seeking 4 Sales Representatives based in the following locations:
Boksburg, Gauteng
Pinetown, KZN
Cape Town, Western Cape
Duties & Responsibilities
Contribute to the development and implementation of retail sales strategies aligned with overall business objectives.
Manage and maintain customer relationships effectively.
Acquire new business and manage portfolios of top retail clients.
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and develop new client relationships.
Oversee the sales process from enquiry to successful sale.
Assist the finance department with collections and resolve customer complaints.
Gather and share market intelligence with stakeholders.
Utilize SAP for reporting and data management.
Participate in stock takes, conferences, and training sessions.
Desired Experience & Qualifications
Residency: Living in KZN, Gauteng, Eastern Cape, or Western Cape.
Education: Matric/Grade 12. Additional certifications in Sales/Marketing are advantageous.
Experience: Minimum 10 years in sales, including new business development and key account management, preferably within retail, manufacturing, construction, steel, metal building, or hardware industries.
Key Competencies and Skills
Excellent planning and organizational skills.
Computer literacy in Microsoft Outlook and SAP.
Valid driver’s license, own reliable vehicle (not negotiable), with a petrol card and car allowance provided.
Clear criminal record (to be verified).
Package & Remuneration
Negotiable basic salary plus commission.
Total Cost to Company (CTC) including benefits.
Petrol card and car allowance.
Cell phone contract.
