We are seeking a passionate and self-motivated Senior Sales Representative with strong FMCG milling industry experience to join our team in Bloemfontein. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and growing client relationships, implementing sales strategies, and driving consistent revenue growth within the region.
Minimum Requirements
National Senior Certificate (NQF 4) or equivalent
Minimum 5 Years’ Sales Experience
At least 3 years’ experience within the FMCG Milling Industry
Good computer skills
Skills & Competencies
Strong relationship-building and communication skills
Resilient and able to work under pressure
Good problem-solving and prioritising abilities
Strong attention to detail
Results-driven with strong operational coordination skills
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, wholesalers, and distributors
Conduct regular client visits to ensure consistent sales growth
Develop tailored solutions to meet customer needs and improve customer satisfaction
Gather customer feedback to identify improvement opportunities
Implement and support sales strategies to drive revenue growth
Monitor profitability and ensure financial transparency for informed decision-making
