A leading player in the logistics industry offers an exciting opportunity for a seasoned Senior Sales Executive with proven success in Courier and Road Freight sales. This role is suited to a driven sales professional who thrives on securing new business, building strong client relationships, and consistently exceeding targets.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and secure new business opportunities within the courier and road freight market.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
- Conduct client visits, presentations, and sales negotiations.
- Prepare and submit proposals, quotations, and tender documents.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through to implementation.
- Work closely with operations to ensure exceptional service delivery.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments.
- Maintain accurate sales records and pipeline reports using CRM systems.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 6 years’ external sales experience within the Courier, Road Freight, Logistics, or Transport industry.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong new business development and account management experience.
- Existing industry network and client relationships advantageous.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong commercial acumen and business development expertise.
- Professional, confident, and results-driven approach.
- Valid driver’s licence and own reliable vehicle.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
