Role Description
We are seeking a Senior Fleet Sales Executive for a full-time, on-site role located in our Foton Edenvale dealership. The Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for building strong client relationships, meeting and exceeding sales targets, and providing exceptional customer service throughout the vehicle purchasing process. Key responsibilities include prospecting and identifying fleet customers, presenting suitable vehicle options, negotiating deals, and ensuring smooth coordination with the finance and service departments. This role requires excellent communication, a customer-first approach, and an ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in fleet specific automotive sales and client relationship management
- Strong negotiation and closing skills, with attention to customer satisfaction
- Proficiency in understanding fleet requirements, vehicle features, financing options, and value-added services
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities in a sales environment
- Good organizational skills, time management, and the ability to work under pressure
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales performance tracking systems
- Valid driver's license and a passion for the automotive industry
