Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Senior Sales Advisor. The Senior Sales Advisor will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, effectively communicating with clients, and driving sales. Daily tasks include interacting with clients, understanding their needs, offering suitable services, providing training to junior sales staff, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
Strong Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities
Proven Customer Service experience and expertise in Sales
Ability to provide Training and mentoring to junior staff
Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and remotely
Experience in the legal or financial industry is a plus
Matric with basic Computer experience.
