JUNIOR MANAGER

Job Summary:
As a Junior Manager at Tasty Gallos, you will assist in the day-to-day operations of the store. This includes supervising staff, balancing and issuing stock, dealing with customers, and maintaining high service and hygiene standards.
Minimum Requirements:
At least 2 years management experience in the restaurant or fast food industry
Ability to balance, issue, and count stock accurately
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Strong leadership ability and a hands-on approach
Must be able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
Note: Applicants without a minimum of 2 years restaurant/fast food management experience will not be considered.

As a Senior Manager, you will oversee the full store operations. You will be responsible for staff performance, customer satisfaction, sales growth, and stock control. Duties include balancing and issuing stock, counting stock, and actively managing customer experience.
Minimum Requirements:
At least 3 years proven management experience in the fast food industry
Ability to balance, issue, and count stock daily
Strong leadership and operational decision-making skills
Excellent customer interaction and conflict resolution abilities
Experience with staff management, cost control, and health & safety compliance
Availability to work long hours, weekends, and under pressure
Note: Applicants without a minimum of 3 years fast food management experience will not be considered.
