Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and manage project budgets and cost estimates Administer contracts (GCC 2015, NEC3, JBCC proficiency essential) Oversee procurement, tenders, and payment applications Lead tendering processes and quantity take-offs Mentor junior QS staff and uphold best practices Requirements:
Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or related field 10+ years quantity surveying experience in the construction industry
Proven track record
in managing large-scale construction projects from inception to completion Proficient in CCS Candy, Build Smart, and MS Excel Proficient in GCC 2015, NEC3, and JBCC Strong commercial, negotiation, and
communication skills
Membership with a recognised professional body (RICS / ASAQS) advantageous
Willingness to
travel and must have own vehicle
