Hire Resolve’s client, a leading construction company based in Centurion JHB, is seeking a highly skilled Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team. As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will play a key role in managing all aspects of cost management and quantity surveying for construction projects in Centurion JHB and surrounding areas. You will work closely with clients, contractors, and project managers to ensure successful project delivery.
Additionally, you will be responsible for mentoring and managing a team of junior quantity surveyors. If you are a driven and experienced Quantity Surveyor looking for a challenging role with excellent growth opportunities, this could be the perfect fit for you.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field
Minimum of 10 years’ experience in quantity surveying, with at least 3 years in a senior role
Experience in managing and leading a team
Strong knowledge of cost management and quantity surveying principles
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Proficiency in relevant software and tools
Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment
