Senior Property Manager – Residential – Fully remote
UK based Residential Property Management company is seeking to employ an experienced Property Manager. The PM will manage existing and future residential developments (OMC's) alongside the administration and facilities teams. The property managers have the full support from their team who are dedicated to responding to day-to-day maintenance issues and debt collection. Must be based in Gauteng.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 10 years’ experience in residential block management
- SA NQF Level 6 National Diploma in Real Estate or Property Management (preferred)
- Ability to work as a self-starter and work collaboratively with the administration and maintenance team.
- Providing exceptional customer service (even if the customer is being difficult!!)
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
- Experience in Blockman desirable
- Must have the ability to work independently in a remote environment with reliable access to fibre/Wi-Fi internet and a suitable home office setup.
