Position Overview:As the Senior Program Manager for thePathways to Possibilitiesprogram, you will play a critical role in leading the strategy, planning, and execution of thisimpactfulinitiative. You will work closely with the functional team to ensure that the program reaches its goals of empowering youth, creating career readiness opportunities, and fostering sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities
ProgramLeadership& Strategy:Lead the design, development, and scaling of thePathways to Possibilitiesprogram, ensuring alignment with Zlto’s mission and goals. Develop strategies to continually improve program outcomes.
Team Management:Oversee a team of program staff, including recruitment, training, and performance management. Foster acollaborativeand high-performing team culture.
Partnerships & Stakeholder Engagement:Build and maintain strong relationships with community organisations, industry partners, and mentors to ensure robust program delivery and growth.
Monitoring & Evaluation:Lead the monitoring and evaluation process to assess program impact, gather feedback, and ensurecontinuous improvement. Analyse data to inform decision-making and program adjustments.
Budget &Resource Management:Manage program budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources, and overseeing financial reporting and tracking.
Advocacy & Outreach:Represent Zlto at external events, conferences, and meetings. Promote thePathways to Possibilitiesprogram to new partners, funders, and potential supporters.
Qualifications
Diploma or bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in program management, with at least 3 years in aleadershiprole overseeing youth-focused programs.
Strong knowledge of youth development, career readiness programs, and mentorship models.
Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and build strong partnerships indiversecommunities.
Exceptionalcommunicationand interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and inspire both youth and adult stakeholders.
Experience with program evaluation and using data to drive program improvements.
Strong organisational skills andattention to detail, with the ability to manage budgets and resources efficiently.
Passion for youthempowermentand social impact.
