Position: SENIOR PRODUCTION ADVISOR
The Production Advisor specializes in seed production techniques, ensuring the quality, quantity, and efficiency of the seed production processes. This position plays a critical role in the seed yield quantities and quality produced by each Grower in the assigned area of responsibility and ultimately delivered / exported to Clients.
POSITION INFO : RESPONSIBILITIES :
Field preparation
Seed lot productions
Irrigation
Harvesting and Storage
Execute trials on farms
Seed Processing and Storage
REQUIREMENTS
B.Sc / M.Sc (Agronomy and Soil Science) or equivalent
The ability to critically analyse information, and identify potential problem areas
Detail and Quality Orientation
Risk and compliance orientation
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
