Key Responsibilities:
Product Strategy & Vision
Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with investment
goals.
Lead product planning and execution throughout the lifecycle—from discovery and
ideation to release and performance tracking.
Customer Development & Research
Conduct structured interviews, surveys, and usage analyses to understand user needs
and segment client types.
Develop customer personas and use research insights to shape product direction and
client interactions.
Lead hypothesis testing via MVPs, feature experiments, and pilot initiatives to validate
customer pain points and product-market fit.
Stakeholder Collaboration
Collaborate with the IT and research teams to understand user needs and ensure the
platform delivers actionable insights.
Work closely with data engineering, analytics, and AI teams to integrate advanced data
features and automated workflows.
Data-Driven Decision Making
Develop KPIs and performance metrics to measure product success and inform strategic
decisions.
Leverage user feedback and product analytics to enhance functionality, usability, and
experience.
Customer Support Process
Design and scale clear, effective customer support processes.
Create documentation and support channels to reduce friction in onboarding and
troubleshooting.
Collaborate with engineering and operations to streamline how support issues are
resolved.
Market Research & Competitive Analysis
Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and advancements in financial
data intelligence.
Use market insights to inform product improvements and maintain Arcanis’ competitive
edge in venture capital investing.
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in financial services, data
analytics, or venture capital.
Analytical/research background, preferably in Investment or Venture Capital
Proven track record of delivering complex products from concept to launch, with a focus
on user-centric design and scalability.
Experience working with data engineering, AI/ML teams, and large datasets.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to translate business
needs into actionable product requirements.
