We are currently seeking a Senior Principal Biostatistician to join ourdiverseanddynamicteam. As a Senior Principal Biostatistician at ICON, you will be responsible for leading statistical methodologies and contributing to the design and analysis of clinical studies to ensure the highest standards of data integrity andregulatory compliance.
What You Will Be Doing:
Designing and implementing statistical analysis plans for clinical trials, ensuring alignment with study objectives and regulatory guidelines.
Overseeing the statistical analysis of clinical data, providing insights and interpretations to support decision-making and reporting.
Collaborating withcross-functional teams, including clinical, regulatory, and data management, to ensure integrated and efficient study execution.
Mentoring junior statisticians and providing training on statistical methodologies and software applications.
Contributing to the preparation of regulatory submissions and publications, ensuring statistical rigor and transparency.
Staying updated on industry trends and advancements in statistical methodologies to driveinnovationin study design and analysis.
Participating in protocol development and providing input on endpoints and statistical considerations for clinical studies.
Your Profile:
A master’s degree or Ph.D. in Biostatistics, Statistics, or a related field.
Extensive experience in biostatistics within the pharmaceutical or biotech industry, particularly in clinical trial design and analysis.
Strong knowledge of statistical software (e.g., SAS, R) and proficiency in programming for data analysis.
Excellentproblem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
Demonstratedleadershipabilities, with experience in mentoring and guiding teams.
Strongcommunicationskills, with the ability to present statistical concepts to non-statistical audiences effectively.
Detail-oriented, with excellent organizational skills to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in afast-paced environment.
